Precautions before using the brush roller:
A brush roller, as the name suggests, is created by attaching bristles—such as nylon, plastic, metal wires, boar bristles, or horsehair—onto a cylindrical object.
When people use brush rollers, they sometimes encounter various issues, leading to doubts about product quality. In fact, as long as manufacturers and users pay attention to the following key points, they can effectively prevent any potential problems with brush roller products.
  1. First, the brush roller must be cleaned and properly packaged before leaving the factory. This is because a significant amount of loose bristles can accumulate during both the tufting and leveling processes. Therefore, before packaging, the bristles should be carefully combed through, and any remaining loose fibers must be thoroughly removed.
  2. During transportation from the manufacturer to the end-user, packaging materials such as boxes and bags should be used to protect the bristles from contamination by debris and dust, ensuring that the brush rollers remain undamaged.
  3. Before using the product at the manufacturer's facility, be sure not to leave the bristles exposed directly (without any packaging) on the floor or in other contaminated environments.
  4. Place a pad on the shaft of the brush roller to keep the bristles upright for effective cleaning.
